	Every Colombian citizen has the right to bring items in purchased abroad. If one has been outside of Colombia between 7 and 14 days; you are allowed to bring in $2500 worth in purchases, if your stay was more than 15 days you have the right to bring up to $4000 in purchases and you will only have pay 15% tax to enter the country. The contents of the unaccompanied baggage should be items for personal effects and household goods. It can not be business related. We offer our expertise, pack, and transport all unaccompanied baggage. The rates are the same as air freights.

		The transportation of vehicles includes transportation of automobiles, motorcycles, jet-ski, ATV’s and more. The cost will be $500 above the rate of the airline and another $500 if it requires documentation in Colombia. Because the airlines change fares frequently, we recommend that you contact us or send us an e-mail with any questions at: info@bygcargoexpress.com to update the prices when requested.



	We prepare the proper documents for customs clearance, for general cargo. The tariffs and /or taxes differ with accordance with the cargo. For this purpose we offer assistance in your office or by the request of the customer. We do these types of transactions only through Bogota. 	We have at your disposal are warehouse en Atlanta,Ga to receive and store cargo for the time needed by our client. We receive merchandise from any city in the United States. The fee for this service is from 0.15 per pound per day. A charge of $10.00 minimum will be charged daily. Pick-up and delivery service: Area covering over 5 miles from our main office will have additional $25.00 added to the bill.



	Our P.O box service is located in Atlanta, Ga which allows you to receive documents, magazines and catalogs coming from anywhere inside the United States, to be sent in a practical and economical way to any city in Colombia. Correspondence will be identified with a box #:

	In the following we offer information you need to send In-Bond cargo via B&G Cargo Express, LLC: - The recipient of the cargo should be the individual or a representative of the company which will receive the cargo in Colombia, with there address and phone number(s). This information should match with there commercial invoice or purchase order, due to it will be verified by United Stats customs and may cause delays and additional charges ,if the information does not arrive from the initial destination correctly.

	** This information will be used by the carrier to notify the arrival of the cargo be it by telephone, fax or email.

	To use this service you should notify the dispatcher that at the time of delivery, the following instructions should be followed: 1. Recipient in Atlanta, Ga should be the individual or a representative of the company with final destination in Colombia, this information should match with there commercial invoice or purchase order. 2. B&G Cargoshould receive notification by fax, certified mail, or by email from the dispatcher to be aware of the arrival of the cargo. We are not responsible for any additional charges for storage due to the information not being received on time.

	The documents that will we need for the processing of the cargo is as follows:

	Bill of Lading is the document that is used to send the cargo from its place of origin to Atlanta. From this document we will need the original copy, it can be sent along with the cargo or it can be mailed to our location in Atlanta so when the cargo arrives it can be processed without any delays. The commercial invoice can be photocopied The cost for custom clearance in Atlanta is a minimum of $300; this cost can increase by the weight of the cargo and by any additional fees charged by customs. Depending of the airline, they charge per documentation a fee ranging between $35.00 and $60.00. The cost for sending the cargo to Atlanta should be paid by the client directly to the dispatcher. All expenses incurred by our company, including transport Atlanta-Colombia must be paid upon delivery to Bogota.
